A Complete Bidders Application* Consists of:

1. Completed Bidder's Registration Application filled out, signed, and mailed to Russo & Steele.
2. Signed Bidder's Provisions mailed to Russo & Steele.
3. Collateral: Bank Letter (preferred method)with check, Cashiers Check made out to Russo and Steele equal to 10% of desired bid limit, or an advance deposit of 10% of desired bid limit for cash purchases.
4. Payment of $100.00

* Upon Receipt, we'll call, mail, or email you a confirmation of receipt of your application.

Additional items needed at the time of registration or when picking up your passes:

• Copy of Drivers License
• Copy of Current Dealers License (if Dealer)
• Copy of Current Resale Certificate (if Dealer)
• Proof of auto insurance

Selecting your passes: (All passes can be picked up at VIP Will Call onsite)

• Bidder Registration is $100.00
• VIP Guest is $75.00.
• Guest Admission may be purchased for $50.00 per person.
