One of just twelve built and one of far fewer to survive, this 1959 Sadler Formula Junior is very fast and has just been freshened up this year. FIA eligible, it has an outstanding racing history and comes with all documents, photos (including some with Bill Sadler himself) and two logbooks: SVRA #2169 and VSCDA #5700. The engine was most recently prepared by Prather Racing; a 1098cc BMC A-engine from an Austin-Healey Sprite, it features Carillo rods, Venolia pistons, a 253/250 Comptune camshaft and Iskenderian 516 pushrods. A close-ratio Sprite 4-speed finishes out the powertrain. With its lightweight aluminum body, this svelte racer tips the scales at just 792 pounds.
