Russo and Steele Announces Barn Find Segment during its 10th Anniversary Scottsdale Auction

Scottsdale, AZ. (Dec 21, 2009) -- With its growth Russo and Steele has evolved into one of the Big Three collector automobile auctions in the United States. Catering to its global clientele the auction house proudly announces a new feature program during its 10th Anniversary auction event; Barn Finds. Original, unrestored barn finds will have their own segment during the auction events programs. Russo and Steele has invited all barn finds, or original, unrestored automobiles that are in running condition to join the auction company in Scottsdale, Arizona this January 20-24, 2010.
The current selection to be offered includes everything from a 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 to a 1963 Austin Healey 3000 MK II. Most of the automobiles have indeed been found in barns throughout the Mid-West and all of them are in running condition. Owner and CEO of Russo and Steele, Drew Alcazar, offered a little insight into why he choose to provide such an outlet for original, unrestored cars by saying: “The market has always availed excellent restoration candidates for sale and up until now there has not been a medium at auction to offer these collectables to the market place,” said Drew Alcazar, co-owner and CEO of Russo and Steele. “This year Russo and Steele offer’s a new unique opportunity for original restoration candidates. The segment will feature rare and collectable cars that can be enjoyed as is or make excellent restoration automobiles,” said Alcazar.

The tenth anniversary celebration will be held at Russo and Steele’s traditional auction site located at the intersection of the loop 101 freeway and North Scottsdale Road. In honor of this momentous occasion, Russo and Steele is inviting everyone out whether you are a bidder, consignor or fellow enthusiasts for what is going to be the biggest celebration in Scottsdale this January 20-24, 2010.
